Super Crimp Ltd is the data controller for any personal data processed through this website.
Super Crimp Ltd is not currently registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Under the Data Protection (Charges and Information) Regulations 2018, organisations must pay a data protection fee unless they are exempt. The eatcrimp.uk site does not collect personal data through forms, accounts, marketing tools, or analytics. The only personal data the site causes to be processed is standard server access information (IP address, request URL, timestamp, user-agent) handled by our hosting provider on our behalf, which falls within an exemption.
If we later expand the scope of personal-data processing, we will register with the ICO and update this notice.
eatcrimp.uk is a single-page browser game. There are no user accounts, no sign-up forms, no contact forms, no comments, no newsletter, no e-commerce, and no marketing trackers or analytics scripts. The game runs entirely in your browser and does not send your gameplay or any other personal data to us.
The game stores a small piece of progress data (which gravies you have unlocked) in your browser's localStorage. This stays on your own device and is not transmitted anywhere. See our Cookie notice for details.

We do not sell, share or otherwise pass on the limited data above. We do not have direct access to Netlify's request logs in the ordinary course of running the site — we rely on Netlify's defaults, which retain logs for a short period for operational and security purposes.
We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar, or any similar tracking tool on this site.
This site sets no cookies of its own. We do not use cookie-based analytics or advertising. Netlify and Google Fonts do not, in their default configuration as used here, set tracking cookies on your browser through this site. See our Cookie notice for the full breakdown.
If you email us at hello@eatcrimp.uk, or message us on social media, we will hold your contact details and the content of your message for as long as we need them to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (responding to enquiries directed at us). We do not add email contacts to a marketing list.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: ask what personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct it if it's wrong; ask us to delete it; object to our use of it; ask for a copy in a portable format; and withdraw consent where we rely on consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@eatcrimp.uk. We will respond within one calendar month.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. The right to complain to the ICO applies regardless of whether we are registered with them.
If we change this notice we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage.
